Purchaser(s)________ ______That In The Event the Dog Purchased Develops Hip Dysplacia or Progressive Retinal Atrophy from Litter

THIS GUARANTEE APPLIES AS FOLLOWS:

All puppies must carry the kennel name “ SERENE’S”  as a prefix. This guarantee applies to the original purchaser only and is not transferable.                                                             

Animals that have been used for breeding prior to the age of Twenty five months old will not be covered under this guarantee.

Purchaser must prove that the dog with Hip Dysplacia, has been verify by a licensed Veterinarian and x-rays sent in to OFA for the reading of the X-rays. ( At the cost of purchaser) This guarantee is for a period of Twenty five months old from the date of birth of said puppy or puppies.

Progressive Retinal Atrophy is an eye disease that has to be check by a licensed Veterinary Ophthalmologists, the dog must be examined. If the dog exhibits PRA prior to the age of Twenty five Months-old, a copy of the report must be provided to the seller.

****Breeder(s) is not responsible for any other accidents, condition, ailments, or diseases etc. Dog may acquire in the Twenty five months old guarantee or in its lifetime****

If said dog above mentioned is positively diagnosed with Hip Dysplacia or Progressive Retinal Atrophy and all terms and conditions are met, the breeder(s) will replace said dog with another of comparable quality to the originally purchased animal, and its selection is to be mutually agreed upon between seller and purchaser. The said dog may be returned at the cost of purchaser. Replacements are made only upon verification of SPAYING/NEUTERING of the defective animal.

Refunds are not given, in part or in full, except in unusual circumstances and at the sole discretion of the seller(s).

This guarantee applies ONLY to dogs under the Twenty five months old or younger.

All conditions must be met or the guarantee is void. PLEASE SIGN BELOW TO STATE YOU HAVE READ AND UNDERSTAND THIS GUARANTEE IN FULL, AGREE TO THE TERMS AND HAVE RECEIVED A COPY OF THIS GUARANTEE.

Serene’s Cavaliers  Warranty

Our Puppies are sold with a 72 hour health guarantee, during which time the puppy should be examined by your veterinarian. Should the puppy be determined to be in ill health, the cause of which is clearly attributable to the seller, other then parasites, cocci, Giardia or umbilical hernia you may return the puppy for full refund upon providing verification of such claim by your veterinarian?

We guarantee our Cavaliers for Patella’s, Heart, Thyroid disease, PRA, and Hips for one year of purchase date. With verification from the Vet and OFA.

Due to the varying kinds of dog food on the market and the different environmental conditions the dogs come on contact with, we will not guarantee the dog unless they’re given NuVet Plus daily at the manufacturer’s suggested dosage for _1_ year (length of contract). Failure to do so makes this guarantee null and void.
